Not at all . What is the ast level ? It is just borderline . Sometimes could be just vague changes in liver or sometimes nothing. Get the labs repeated in 1-2 months. If still elevated , you can get an ultrasound and hepatitis panel for peace of mind . But again 55 is just mild elevation .

They give Hep B vaccinations. Alternatively if you are diagnosed with viral load, you can get antivirals

Not an issue bro...but these tests are indicative only unless and until your medical history as well as clinical scenario is known...
