News is Durbin is just playing what Schumer wants. Schumer is not ready to let this bill go. He wants the president not to veto the emergency on the border bill to be vetoed which they passed yesterday. Until then he will have his senatora blocking this bill. PoTUS is going to veto the emergency border bill again. This is the second time

Actually Mike lee is live on erick erickson show on NPR and he said it is now no chance of unanimous consent and he does not want the bill to go on the floor as he knows that will not get the required votes as every senator will be on record in voting and the all the senators up for 2020 do not want to malign their suburban voters

If this is true then it means the bill is as good as dead.. No chance of UC means it has to go to senate floor for voting.. Voting lo majority ravatam impossible..No one wants to vote yes on an immigration bill before the election year because their voting will be recorded and opponents can use this voting record against them during campaigning.. UC aite there will be no voting record behind the scenes jarigipoyedi sappudu lekunda..
