H1B life is like bed of roses ane cheptunnavuga. There are genuine people who actually went through struggles to get that visa. They shouldn’t be punished for others frauds. As for ROW, they don’t want this bill done coz they don’t want to apply for H1B.

There is no way to filter out the fraudulent applicants. Even if there were 40% who came through Masters and fake resumes or the ones who came through applying H1B directly from consultancies, the rest 60% are suffering the consequences (kids deported, extensions denial, missing out on funerals, weddings). Merit based pass avvalante 20 years pattochu. Do you think it is right to let them go through this pain? Ippudu interim and need of the hour solution is S386.
