but ppl have invested their careers, right age, talent in this country, and I know we have not done it for free - but When we invest this long do you still expect insecurity is the right choice ?

If they dont give GC to retain us and the talent pool, let it be .. ppl will have different options going forward - I dont want to be on H1 list with 2 kids and family relying on me  -if they want to lose my 10 years experience by not giving security - I am happy to leave .. and there would be many like me in next 5 years
