I would file congruently along with H1 if the attorney is not charging...in my case he charged $650 just for h4 bloody bathai

Below are my findings from past mistakes

1) Just file H1B and H4 EAD in regular

2) After you get the receipt date for both move your H1 to premium

3) Do a walk in for H4  biometrics the next day (you dont need to wait for the notice or appointment)

4) Join the ligitation group after a month (this is best if your h4 is having a job and dont want to take a risk of  loosing it)

5) Keep raising Expedite reqs after a month

6) Try to contact local senate office and try to raise a expedite req through them

I wish i would have done all the above

as of now litigation is the only chance. rnlaw tho chesuko....i did it and got approved in less than 2 months.

but litigation cost is $2800
