job security in govt jobs irrespective of performance & no performance based benefits to employees are killing all govt companies. Unless those things are changed, i don't expect any turnaround.

Lack of talent is not a dragging factor uncle, in my opinion. The problem is more with lack of productivity from employees.

my exp with bsnl few yr sback

 

1. bsnl broadband -  set chesi vellaadu..set chesinandhuku 300/- thisukunnaadu...fine...theera net speed chusthe 110KBPS...entra ayya e speed ani call chesthe...at least neeku 110kbps vasthundhi kadhaa annadu...mind block

2. bsnl telephone wire edho prob ithe..idharu vachi edho chesi vellaaru...velthu tip adigadu 50/- each...theera chusthe vaallu idharilo oka uncle koduku bangalore lo monthly 50K ata software job....still he was looking for that 50/-........net baledhu ani modem and power plug thisukoni velthe...ethernet cable thisukuraledhu ani malli intiki pampi theppicharu..of course aa cable nenu machipoya initially...but aa wire kuda vadhallaa

Maa landphone stopped working a couple of months ago. Still no one coming. We are thinking of getting rid of it.

Why govt employees ante antha negative feeling? The issue is not with employees when the organization is running inefficiently. Its about the management and the policies. You are targetting wrong section. BSNL employees ni private organization laga commission base meeda work cheyamante you will see the difference. 

Also, the things like reservations etc doesn't effect regular trainable jobs. 

Again, there is issue with govt based organizations, but it is not because of reasons like regular employee, reservation etc...
