No hunting bin laden or any other big leader for the US. So the Americans are not there anymore. Pak economy has gone to the dogs and they cannot wage a war as they don’t have money. They can barely fund separatist groups in POK. On the Indian side, govt had huge numbers politically and are secure enough economically to fight any war.
