But Nov 18 falls after 1 year,  for him 1 year time frame ends on Nov 15th.

U have to say Yes as ur visa expiry is happening on november 15th 2019 and u can go for drop box within 1 year of expiry.

you can go anytime.. even before visa expiry date Nov 15th.

Vadu clarity tho create cheyaledu question. On the day of interview/drop box day will your current visa valid ante bagundedi. Ee scenario lo better i will wait till Nov 15th and answer to this Q and schedule my drop box. Drop box next 10 days lo ala dorukuntunda date

Expiry date nundi 1 year varaku drop box eligible for H visas. So next year Nov 15, 2020 varaku drop box ki ellochu.
