if last day of offering cycle has the minimum price i.e when your stock is going down, you can sell it at min 15% profit, if your stock went up in last 6 months, you'll get 15% discount on cycle beginning day price. So min 15% laabam, more profit depends on how your company stock is performing.

nenu chala conserved ga chepthunna salaries, I know a friend of mine who had FTE offers from Apple, Tesla, Nvidia and another startup, he went to Startup. Nvidia offered him 140K + bonus benefits. This is 3 months before his graduation. Also most of the bay area companies have Unlimited off policy, I dont know about other locations, but most of the bay area companies offer unlimited vacation and no.of days depends on your manager's approval.

i have frnds working in verzion......i can agree start up giving more pay, but hard to believe that these big companies, particular with their dev centers in India paying that salaries......but i have to believe u 

and unlimited vacation is a trap.......and i know how it works, thats basically $hit

40 days of vacation?? you get your pay, I wouldn't call it $hit but it depends on your manager for approval
