    Basic ga they earn lot less than FTE or c2c guys ... coz witch companies pay them peanuts ... since they came from india... most of them have families with single income... 

    kakruthi + low pay scale     >>>>anoying>>>  kakruthi + avg pay scale.

    Also lot of them don't know work culture coz witch company managers treat them like servants and they mind seeing real work ethics.
