X employer daggara 140 approve aina tharvatha 6months+ undi manesthe ur old 140 will be active .. you can use that for filing h1b extensions or transfers and also for h4 ead. But when ur date becomes current yiur new employer cannot use ur old 140 to file 485. At that point u shud have 140 with new employer .. or if the position still available ur old employer can file 485. But queries pade chances ekuva
