Plano area ayite around $1200 vuntundi double bedroom. Insurgences are on little higher note around $100-$130 (Auto insurance single car). On the other side, State doesnt have state tax. This would cover higher rents than your current place.

But, if you are living in a remote place then your move to texas with family would be good for you.
