That's why it displays the photos when you link it - if not, it won't. They make pubic so that she one can follow and comment. Period. Once you get enough followers, you can endorse products and get commission. This is how people make money off of instagram- some make millions. She chose to make her profile public and knows what she is doing. There is no difference between commenting on her profile or sunny Leone. Don't react just because you know her or her friends.
