How is your work culture in office?

Joined New office , Antha tella mayam. 

1 or 2 desis. Thought life is cool but they all will be sharp 8 and leave after 9 hours. Desk degare tintaru, no social life no friends office lo evadu cell phone koda vadadu. No WFH. 

Feeling like desi companies are better.

Work in my current office is toxic with Desi politics..deeni Kanna what you have is  better IMO

cube dagare 5mins lo tinesta..1hr walk ki veltha..ma offc lo desilu unaru kani lunch room lo coffee table dagara kalvanu..hi bye..tapaa em ledu...2-3 sr desis ni cube lo velli matladiosta 5-10mins max .

Yes,,, Desi infested companies are far better than thella infested work environments... pratheedi cheppellali cheppuleskellali aney type ekkuva thellollalo... rules breaking thought ni encourage cheyyaru...

mana desi work environments lo rules anevi pattichukoru... and as desis we love such environments than being sincere and work focused environments...
