desis unte.. first they observe you, profile you, next get into imaginary competition with you even if there isn't need a for one

every piece of conversation you do with desi typically end up giving too info to them if you are not aware, americans treat any private conv as confidential and dont bring them up when you are not around

be very glad that you got into such place and enjoy long long contract/tenure if FT
