I can feel baa. Naa 1st job gurthochindi  Chivariki aa politics ke Bali ayya  but no regret next job ki vachaka 1st job yentha chit oo ardam aindi. Baavi lo Kappala batch.

my office 95% Americans 

no one cares what you come to work, what you leave, full happy hours. 1-2hr lunches.....as long as you deliver no one cares 

more laid back....and 200% productivity culture
