Just accept offer and proceed u have to get approval now a days any thing can happen..as long as u don't sign any document saying u will payback immigration charges in case u don't join..accept job means you are not liable it's your wish to join. Or not..people always get multi offers..they move on seen 2 cases last 3 months..they joined after 1 or 2 weeks they left once other offer is better than current it's very common..finally your situation drives..
