Education is not just about literacy.

Especially in major populated regions in North India, women are seen as household slaves and are subjected to many harsh situations and such women, are not even being able to resist the rape crimes in fact, don't even get reported.  

We need to educate Indian men to start treating women on par and respect the women's intentions and realise the rights they have. 

So you say the reason for this difference is the mindset of the people in the UK and the US. Ok, are they not teaching women respect in the UK? Compare it to China which has only 30000 rape cases per billion. May be we should be following the Chinese style of education then. Or are they also under reporting here?

If you understand the difference, then I'd be glad to continue debating on this topic. 

What will we know with this additional information? Rapists will kill some of their victims regardless. If you are going to attribute it to culture that is fine. Merely educating kids about rape doesn’t seem to be an effective deterrent nor is adopting modern western education.

Adey Mumbai lo okapoydu bane jarigaye ga incidents . May be not similar ones.

Big cities lo people come from a lot of different places. Evari mindset ela undo theliyadhu. Cities grow ayyekoddi security kooda advance avuthu vundali. Why isn’t the state govt not being held responsible?

I dont think so, most of these ppl are very desperate and inka vere ye access leka intha extreme steps vestaru.

Anyway the crime was solved very fast and justice delivered. chance of recurring is unlikely. However the perps should also be provided full legal aid. Punishment must be based on crime and not  labor country mob feelings. And also lets not forget indian mob reacts based on caste and elitism - the same priyanka REDDY wont even get 10 percent of coverage if happened in hindi belt. There are thousands of dalit women who are raped regularly in villages by these very castes who are now victims and neither media is interested nor the mob. 

ALso we need to take care of areas like Shadnagar on whom development was imposed rapidly. They need to be trained better and allow them to paritcipate in the economy better.
