Well, I have few friends from North India and even living away from North India, those people still feel rape is not a  big crime. its in the mindset and as long as these people do not respect women, realize that women are also part of the main stream society not just restricted to kitchens, I don;t think they will change...Just look at literacy rates among women..2/3rd of high school girl students are not able to continue further education..

Hopefully these breeding grounds start educating their children so that at least next generation will have better thoughts...and better results.

india lo justice is based on whether you have money or not..pratyusha case ayesha meera case  vs acid attack case and priyanka reddy case..the perpetrators here had no money that the only difference
