Those things can be planned for anyway. It has a natural harbour. Cities with a natural harbour can develop very fast if you plan them well. Mumbai grew big because of the trade. Look at cities like New York, Shanghai and Boston and they developed because of the natural advantage of having a good harbour for ships to come in and go out. Quote
