decide on new or used home  based on your budget

man ,  I mentioned in my post that I'm yet to start and looking for pointers , sometimes these tips help me focus rather than drilling though mountains of information which may not make much sense as a first time home buyer

not buying because of peer pressure , will not spend a lot , buying to save on rent and build home equity (so planning to choose a home that I can probably pay off in a few years/sell off if eh okati has issues)
