Schools usually are pretty good in those areas from what I know , but have to do some research

Yeah .. ee madhya easy ayindi opendoor Zillow valley direct kontunnaru but they might exploit your situation. Overall not easy to sell in few days ... that’s a headache if visa renewal is rejected

go on your own.. when you decide on a house.. then ask the seller agent to be your buying agent also.

in this way... you can save 4-5% that goes to agent..
