I dont do meditation , but cheyalsi vasthe take 3-6 deep breaths once  for like 1-2 hours.

That's all

dont do that kriya, that yoga....all nonsense

Nenu kuda normal ga ne chestha. Just sit tight and focus on breath. But ee madhya aalochanalu ekkuvaipoyay. Anduke videos vintu cheyadam better aa ani thinking

for beginners, dude sit in a dark room and follow this video.... do atleast weekly 2times, i bet you, you will see peace in your head.

Please do shavasanam..chala baguntadhi..lay down and stop your breath..simple and will keep you relaxed forever 👍
