On Thursday, the suspended Recording Academy CEO discussed what she called the Grammys' "boys' club," alleging voter corruption and sexual harassment allegations during an interview with Good Morning America. Dugan was recently put on administrative leave for alleged misconduct but in a complaint filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, she claimed the suspension was retaliation for a December email in which she alleged an array of problems plaguing the Grammys.
