హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పు సుప్రీంకోర్టులో సవాలు చేశాము. నేను ఊహించిన దానికంటే సుప్రీంకోర్టు మంచి ఉత్తర్వులు ఇచ్చింది. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని, నాటి విచారణాధికారి కృష్ణంరాజును ఈ పిటిషన్‌లో పార్టీలుగా చేశారు. రిజర్వ్ బ్యాంక్ నిబంధనలకు విరుద్ధంగా రామోజీరావు డిపాజిట్లు సేకరించారు. డిపాజిట్లు వెనక్కి ఇచ్చామన్న క్లైమ్‌లో కూడా చాలా తప్పులు ఉన్నాయి. డిపాజిట్లు వెనక్కి ఇచ్చారా లేదా అనే పరిశీలనను కూడా అడ్డుకుంటున్నారు. డిపాజిట్లు వెనక్కి ఇచ్చినని చెప్పినంత మాత్రాన క్రిమినల్ ప్రొసీడింగ్స్ ఆగిపోవు. ఈ కేసుపై ట్రయల్ కోర్టులో నిబంధనల ప్రకారం విచారణ జరగాలి.

అవిభక్త హిందూ కుటుంబ సంస్థ (హెచ్‌యూఎఫ్‌) అయిన మార్గదర్శి ఫైనాన్షియర్స్‌.. రిజర్వ్‌ బ్యాంక్‌ ఆఫ్‌ ఇండియా చట్టం–1934లోని సెక్షన్‌ 45(ఎస్‌) నిబంధనను ఉల్లంఘించి డిపాజిట్లు వసూలు చేశారు. కేసులో దోషిగా తేలితే, రిజర్వు బ్యాంకు నిబంధనల మేరకు భారీ జరిమానా విధిస్తుంది. వసూలు చేసిన దానికి రెండున్నర రెట్లు జరిమాన (సుమారు 7 వేలకోట్లు) విధించే అవకాశం ఉంది. దానితో పాటు రెండున్నరేళ్ల పాటు జైలు శిక్ష పడే సూచనలు కనిపిస్తున్నాయి’ అని తెలిపారు.

So, Now the case is -

1. He collected deposits against RBI norms.

2. Though dr@moji claims to have given Deposits back - Many irregularities r found and were never returned back as per rules

Rey moron. yes it is compliance issue with some complicated law. compliance failures common ra - govt asks the company to correct and carry on - there was no cheating nor was anyone money eaten. But under mahametha they destroyed a company just because of some arcane law despite noboby being cheated of anything. Destroyed jobs also.

No one destroyed an illegal finance company, Ramoji himself decided to shut the shop after the scam was blown open...

Do you understand ? Do you know no tom dick and harry are not handed out banking licenses ? Do you know why there are set of rules to establish a NBFC ? 

If money is not robbed, that does not mean there should be activities as such...

Such acts exists to avoid money laundering, no one gets robbed in money laundering but still money laundering is a punishable offence...such acts are created to check money laundering and when people like Ramoji flout rules and accept deposits whose source of funds are uncertain, Do you know what it can amount to ?
