yeah CA lo widespread ga vadtunnaru e benefit ni..it falls under the unemployment benefits category.

lets say ur employer has 12 week maternity leave paid vacation. so vallu em chestarante

6 weeks company pay chestadi, migita 6 weeks CA govt istadi 75% of ur salary..and rest 25% company pays or say u get only 75% pay for that..

so a 75% of pay is coming form Public Fund (or tax payers Money) which we are not eligible for..

 

How to Fix ante..not sure..may be check with Tax consultant or ur company HR...

Yes will check with Tax consultant and did u get affected by this rule.

Also whats the situation for those who already got GCs or Cirizenships and fall under public charge by this rule?

.  If we can't take it from health insurance market place..than what are the other options are  left to him where he can buy insurance.
