Yea there is absolutely nothing wrong in criticizing and thrashing Jagan for corruption. He is known for that. CBN also is corrupt . When someone brings up CBN, he says corruption is light. Either he is very confused or is not articulating things in a proper way. His style of writing is also not helping his cause.
