Employer

When I was in this situation I threatened him (middle vendor ) that I am going to reach out to client manager and tell that he is not making payments To my employer  . Prime Vendor is a big company . He made 30k payments in month and half . Actually as employee adi mana headache or business kadu but edo Manaki manager to unna relationship ki employer ki kinda helping . Employers headache adi .

Usually 45 day plan untadhi if the vendor is client's trusted partner.  Your Employer has to pay by law and Employee doesn't have to care about those rules (frankly speaking).

It’s illegal to stop payments to employee regardless of when employer is getting money from vendor . NET 45 , NET 60 ila vallaki payment terms untayi . Sometimes months late kuda avutundi . NET 45 is a usual payment term my employer works with vendors . Years late kuda pay chesina Vallu unnaru . Na first project lo 6 months ki client used to pay vendor and vendor used to pay NET 60 . But my employer always paid me on time .

Not at all true . You can sue the employer if he does that . Ila chestene Sriventech nunchi nenu move ayya . He was sued by primary vendor too . Naku w2 unna he still says I am never his employee.  Years payments rakunda two other vendors nunchi my employer paid me . Money rotation inka deniki . They can’t hurt employee without making payments that way .
