Farmland vs Plots

Buying a farm land of 10 acres for 3 crore by selling 5 plots that I bought in various places. Am I doing the right thing ? I know it’s not advisable to put all eggs in one bag, but it’s my dream to have farmland .

Hold one highest and 1 lowest plots and buy farmland by selling remaining 3 plots .

Depends on the location of your farmland, road facility, water facility etc.
