Location super . Only 3 kms from National highway . 3 bores unnayi . Water canal undi . Well connected to Kakinada , rajahmundry and Vizag

over hype lo konodhu.

check all documents properly

Bottom line: Nenu always farmland ee suggest chestaa anni correct gaa vunte but baagaa careful gaa deal cheyyali.

We sell palm oil directly to companies and they deposit money directly into bank account . No middlemen are involved . That’s the advantage . I have seen the seller bank statements. Let me explain in detail . One acre can get you yield of 10 tones ( I know some people who are getting 14 tones ) . Average price per ton is 8000$ , so you should at least get 80000 . Even if the maintance costs are 30000, you should at least get profit of 50000. I hope it explains

Buying a farm land of 10 acres for 3 crore by selling 5 plots that I bought in various places. Am I doing the right thing ? I know it’s not advisable to put all eggs in one bag, but it’s my dream to have farmland .

Hold at least two plots. In case of emergency, selling farmland gets tough than selling plots. Also, if the plots are in a town or city, you can avail loan on them but you can’t get loan on farmlands other than a meager crop loan.

it is for farmer right? ..as a land owner you are leasing it to farmer...so all you should care about is the lease amt not wht farmer is making or not making
