    Try keeping reusable ice packs besides lunch box. Don't pack the food when it is still hot/warm. Let it cool down. And use glass made lunch boxes. Rotis aithe wrap them in aluminum foil as soon as they are made. You might already knew. But ila chesthe food fresh untundi. @aakathaai789
