Help with career advice

Java/J2EE lo 6 years nunchi work chestunna at same client.  Antha interesting emi ledhu. Still working on old version of spring and jsp/java stuff. Assalu progress ledhu career lo, technology nerchukovadam lo and billing lo. Stuck at $60 since last 5 years while people who started with me at my employer/friends are making $100 per hour. Kastham ga undhi bhayya financial situation. Month to month paycheck nadustundhi. Not able to make any big purchases or invest especially with family expenses.

Please suggest on what technologies and which side to go if I want to earn more. AWS or Big Data ? Telisina vallu antha vere technologies lo working and maa employer daggara nunchi not much support or suggestions coming.

Please suggest 

1. Java vallu next grow avvali ante which side to go ? AWS or Big Data or other tech.

2. also suggest how and where to start i.e.what to learn etc

hehe... I would say don't look for technology to move. Look for companies and roles. And see what skills they are looking for.

Full Stack Development with Cloud Knowledge  (AWS or Salesforce etc) or Middleware Services (Mulesoft or IIB or BizTalk ) ... concentrate on Financial Domain or Investment Sectar or Utilities Sectar ... interest lekunte DevOps choodu...

java lone u can get 100$ an hour all you need to do is come out of comfort zone and jump from projects. 6months to 1 yr there is nothing else to learn in any project.
