Help with career advice

but from what I saw it doesn’t matter what skills you got kada 

add hot skills to resume

watch some YouTube Udemey lessons and market yourself ....

1)Try be a Full Stack Dev , it opens door for  lot of opportunities...... by learning front end tech  like javascript, React js

2)Get some exp with designing/developing cloud-native applications.

3)Get some experience with cloud computing.

4)Write some cloud/tech  certifications , +ve impression for recruiters

60$/hr ante employer cutting ponu 48/hr vasthe ekkuva .. ante 100k kuda raavu .. tammudu frustration lo ardam undhi .. aa 100k lo malli 1k/m insurance ki podhi papam. 

Bro kotha tech nerchuko ne stream related risk ayina jobs change ayyi .. finally oka manchi company lo fte pattu

Attempt leetcode . Complete at least 100 problems at least you will land in midsize company for $150K TC. Focus on spring boot, micro services and no sql.
