We Indians need to stop eating all those spices and oils. Regular check ups are needed once a year. This won't eliminate the problem but gives us a fighting chance. 

If you think we should enjoy life as you will die anyways then just think about these situations where you leave a wife, a kid or two or your parents when they are old.

Just don't be so selfish and spend a little when it comes to health. 

Anyways what is the guys role? Is there a job opening there now? What is the rate man?
