Few of my frnds bought for 7K per sq yard in 2017-18 and now its arnd 25K - 30K per sq yard where they bought, he was saying road leading to Infosys gate now the rates are around 50-60K anta almost doubled in last 2 years ...Do you have any idea what are those huge buildings which are constructed behind Infosys and next to the railway track?
