Residential Plot near Narsingi Hyderabad

 I've seen two cases where house was built and they've started living. Exactly after 1 yr they got notice from someone saying the land was in dispute earlier. Badlaguda Jagir lo ayithe inkaa penta. Only big players like Myhome or Aparna can handle the issues as they usually do big ventures and any issues arised is settled with the political influence. Independent plot owners will easily fall prey ani vaallaki thelusu. 

Bandlaguda Jagir, Kismatpur, attapur ayithe inkaa penta, be very very careful. Chala issues chusa.

Better Kollur, Muthangi, Patancheru, Shankarpally, you'll get for 15 to 25K per sq yard and you can buy more land, bigger plot for what you've planned to spend in Narsingi/Kokapet/Manchirevula.

If not, other side of the city like Kompally, Pocharam/Ghatkesar or Adibatla side kuda ok. kotha layouts ayithe almost with no issue untayi.

Current owner of this plot is a bank manager, he got it around 2015 and selling it as he wants to buy a different plot for his son.

Got EC's we have records from 2005, looks clear so far, there was once a lien(got loan from bank) on this plot( so it might be clear, thinking bank doesn't loan on dispute land).

How to verify if it is a Makta land or dispute land?

Bank manager owned plot with a loan from bank ante usually you are safe.. 

But yes aa areas lo konchem disputed lands ekkuva. That's why most of the people go for villas in gated communities or apartments.. Whole hyderabad in general is moving away from independent plots and villas to gated community villas or apartments..
