It's not that bad here, anduke. People are panicking kani, unless chinna pillalaki cases report ayite tappa, it won't be implemented I think.

Granuloma anedi collection of immune cells.. acute illness resolve avvaka pothe, it leads to chronic stage in which granulomas are formed like in case of TB.
