        Does any one know about really good  Universities which offer PHD in mechanical engineering with full funding..  This is kind of urgent.

UK sangathi assalu idea ledu. US lo most of the phd offering colleges funding istay. neku location, department priorities, gre/toefl scores ento cheppu.
