Anatomy of the Respiratory System

  • Nose and Nasal Cavity. The nose and nasal cavity form the main external opening for the respiratory system and are the first section of the body’s airway—the respiratory tract through which air moves
  • Mouth.
  • Pharynx
  • Larynx
  • Trachea
  • Bronchi and Bronchioles
  • Lungs
  • Muscles of Respiration

Cells -Epithelial cells -Nerve cells -Muscle cells

Tissues – -Epithelial tissues -Nerve tissues -Muscle tissues -Connective tissues

The function of the human respiratory system is to transport air into the lungs and to facilitate the diffusion of Oxygen into the blood stream (which we need for our cells to live and function properly). Its also receives waste Carbon Dioxide from the blood and exhales it.

Respiratory rate: A person’s respiratory rate is the number of breaths you take per minute. The normal respiration rate for an adult at rest is 12 to 20 breaths per minute. Average resting respiratory rates by age are: birth to 6 weeks: 30–40 breaths per minute. 6 months: 25–40 breaths per minute. Tachypnea or tachypnoea is abnormally rapid breathing. In adult humans at rest, any respiratory rate between 12 and 20 breaths per minute is normal and tachypnea is indicated by a rate greater than 20 breaths per minute. Tachypnea is the term that your health care provider uses to describe your breathing if it is too fast, especially if you have fast, shallow breathing from a lung disease or other medical cause. … This can be due to lung disease or because of anxiety or panic.

Signs and Symptoms of Respiratory Diseases
  • Cough.
  • Sputum.
  • Hemoptysis.
  • Dyspnea.
  • Wheezes.
  • Chest pain.
Top respiratory conditions

Disorders of the respiratory system can be classified into several general groups:

  • Airway obstructive conditions (e.g., emphysema, bronchitis, asthma)
  • Pulmonary restrictive conditions (e.g., fibrosis, sarcoidosis, alveolar damage, pleural effusion)
  • Vascular diseases (e.g., pulmonary edema, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary hypertension)
  • Infectious, environmental and other “diseases” (e.g., pneumonia, tuberculosis, asbestosis, particulate pollutants)
  • Primary cancers (e.g. bronchial carcinoma, mesothelioma)
  • Secondary cancers (e.g. cancers that originated elsewhere in the body, but have seeded themselves in the lungs)
  • Insufficient surfactant (e.g. respiratory distress syndrome in pre-term babies) .Disorders of the respiratory system are usually treated by a pulmonologist and respiratory therapist.

Eat Well, Exercise Regularly, and Get Rest. Eating healthy foods, getting enough sleep, and being active every day can help keep your respiratory system, cardiovascular system and immune system strong. Getting enough exercise makes your lungs stronger and better at giving your body the oxygen it needs.

The circulatory and respiratory systems work together to circulate blood and oxygen throughout the body. Air moves in and out of the lungs through the trachea, bronchi, and bronchioles. Blood moves in and out of the lungs through the pulmonary arteries and veins that connect to the heart

GEMINI RAHU and SAGITTARIUS KETU !!

We will discuss something on Medical astrology today. We know that the whole zodiac is divided into 12 parts and all parts are called as Signs.

The whole zodiac is seen as a Kaal Purush and every Sign is consisting some parts and functions of our body. All planets seated in different Signs in the birth chart affects the functions and body parts of that Sign for whole life. Benefic planets keep the function healthy and sound whereas malefic planets creates disturbance in the functions. The bad effect is more when Dasha of a malefic planet is running or when that planet is activated by other transiting malefic planets.

For example Rahu in Cancer sign in the birth chart or navamsha chart of a lady can create Breast cancer if the Cancer sign falls in 6 8 or 12th house. But this can happen only in Rahu dasha or Rahu transits Cancer Sign.

Whenever Saturn and Rahu Ketu transits a sign for a longer time they do affects the body parts and functions related to that Sign.

Now we will discuss the transit effect of Rahu Ketu in Gemini and Sagittarius for one and half year.

Rahu Ketu are treated as malefic planets and they also create sudden pain, stitches like pain, serious disease like cancer, parkinsons disease, Schizophrenia, madness and and all complicated disease where tests will be normal but patient will complain.

Now let us focus the transit of Rahu and Ketu. Rahu have entered Gemini and Ketu in Sagittarius on 7th March 2019 and will stay here till 24th September 2020.

That means March 2019 to September 2020 Sagittarius and Gemini Signs are under malefic influence of Ketu and Rahu so the functions and body parts of these 2 Signs are under malefic effects.
What these 2 Signs indicates in one's chart ?

SAGITTARIUS »» Lower spine, L4 L5 and S1 Discs, Sciatic Nerve, Hip joints and Thighs

GEMINI »» Trachea, Esophagus, Chest, Upper Respiratory Track, Shoulders, Arms, fingers and Prostate gland.

So we can say from March 2019 to September 2020 the diseases related to above body parts will be on the front in the world.

Since Rahu will be in Gemini from March 2019 Upper Respiratory Tract infections, Laryngitis, Pharyngitis, Sinus tachycardia, Bronchitis, Earache and Eustachian tube problems, swelling on Esophagus, Shoulder pain, Rheumatism arthritis in hands, fractures in arms, also Ureter and Bladder problems, Stone in the kidney, Prostatitis, problems of fallopian tubes and thyroids like hormonal problems may develop in the world.

Since Rahu is strong in Gemini, a new Virus may also be developed in 2019 which may attack respiratory system.

Ketu in Sagittarius may create Hip joints problems, incidents of Hip balls and sockets fractures, Bulging of discs between L4 and L5 or L 5 and S1 and therefore lower Spine pain and also Sciatic nerve radiating pain in thighs and legs will be on high rates

Above are the main problems in the coming 2 years. These does not mean that above problems will disturb all. Only those, who have Gemini and Sagittarius Signs in Lagna, 6th, 8th and 12th and if any malefic planet is seated in these Signs in birth chart then and then only they are prone to have such problems.

( And yes Gemini is the sign of Air traffic so Air traffic will be disturbed heavily. So plane crashes, daily delay of flights and technical problems in planes and Air services will also be there. After entry of Rahu in Gemini Jet Airways is closed and shortage of Aircrafts is also there.

Saturn and Ketu are in Sagittarius, the fiery Sign, so Fire accidents are increased in 2019. The whole world is under the control of Rahu and Ketu.)
