I don’t know why and how I got approved withojt client letter for extensions and stamping . I got specialty occupation rfe too but I followed up closely and didn’t answer rfe and applied another application . Go by heart and don’t trust lawyer also blindly . Be proactive is what I would say .  Actually I didn’t understand  Exactly what u asked
