USCIS office lo vade appt date time schedule chesi mail chestadu. you have to go and complete biometrics at the uscis office at give date and time.

455 $ if you file online you need pay 2 times for each application

if file paper then only one time fees mail documents to uscis

Yup uscis will schedule appointments but bio-metric offices are maintained by contractors  like outsourcing to cts tcs etc
