yeah nenu andhuke entha pressure vachina from parents and in laws I stood my ground.. 

India lo fine ante india lo vi chinna investments kada... even if you buy a nice apartment or land it would be about 60-80 lakhs which will be equivalent to 100k approximately... this means its 4 times the lower risk compared to a 400k house here

bro make sure you read the contract and get an opinion from the real estate attorney, usually in the case of backoff before closing you will be at default aa down motham potundi...and sometimes you will have to pay penalty for the amount that was lost before the house was removed from listing.....naku na contract motham chadivithe ardam iyindi...attorney tho kuda talking

house konnaka mee community pakkane amazon office vasthe pandaga . appreciation anedi mana hands lo vundadu.

buy in a locality where schools are good, low crime rate, low rental or not much investment  homes . You will safe all the time.
