Idem argument..Nenekkada vinala...infact pillaluntene stress relief...IMO sitting on the couch and watching Netflix continuously is a form of depression!

Time baa emi chestam try new things may be meditation living in the moment , some inspiring books etc etc I know chepadaniki bagunayi but tappadu mayadari Rogan poye varaku be thankful to God we have food to eat and shelter , so many people are unfortunate,  just be thankful , pray and be in the moment we will get over it soon

clean dishes listening to pop music 

water some indoor plants 

make some snacks again 

read books 

watch recipes and make new food 

open IG and judge people and their posts drinking wine
