Working in big finalcial institute as consultant. manager pilichi mari Full time isthanu ani January lo cheppadu. It is approved and got good package offer now. But, the situation is not good in USA. Is it good time to accept it? No chepthe, manager hurt avuthadu ani anukuntunnanu. We have funds till next year end for this project and recruiting new consultants in our project as well. Asalu what kind of question this is?? I assume you are working in this country for not more than 3 years.

Job offer for Full time job when you are in consulting is never a question. Accept it without even a thought.

Dont be a tissue paper for companies working in consulting jobs..do well in life by moving a step ahead..

job security wise consulting jobs are like toilet paper for companies..full time ki respect aina untadi when need comes to fire and they do only if its really needed and do it gracefully.

They dont terminate ur H1B right next day. They give u 2 months time and you can find another FT job or time balekapothe u can again transfer ur H1b to some consulting firm...

working as a consultant is like...ammayila parents ne call kuda answer cheyyaru when u start looking for matrimony profiles..antha cheap ga chustar

Manager desi aa?? Same company lo contract to FT aithe thiskovachhu.. 

talk to him about your concerns before accepting The offer.. At least he will keep that in mind if that situation comes.. above all, it is luck..
