First provide masks to Doctors. 

In Anantapur, my sister and brother-in-law both are doctors. My sister had to resign her job, because of the facilities and protective gear given to treat patients.

My Brother-in-law two colleagues(all people in their home too ) tested positive.  From then on words she is really worried for the family(they have two kids) if both test positive who will take care of family?

At least take care of doctors and nurses then provide mask for everyone else.
