Discuss with your manager and tell him that you just recovered from respiratory illness and your immunity is very low. He will definitely give you exception. Email pampu.. with as much detail as possible.. instead of chat or phone call.. no cheppadaniki hesitate chestaru..

2) dont join any meetings and join only on skype. 

3) Dont use lift at any cost 

4) If you need to push any door wait for someone to open or push you dont touch
