for Example I am an Fulltime to Client A and they hold my H1. Now you got a 2nd job from client B through an employer who doesn’t hold my h1 or anything else.  first thing first emp b someway has to pay you..even if its for ur wife who is on EAD there is some paperwork involved...he needs to keep record of how he is getting paid from client(ikkada matram nee name compulsory untadhi since you are the resource here) ...in order to pay you(your wife) ...dorikithe emp mg kayam
