I think your problem is of not having a proper sleep cycle. I never had any issues of sleep while on keto, I felt carb withdrawl like brain needs energy to function which is readily available thru glucose or carbs, while on Keto I had keto flu for initial days but never had sleep issues but I was lethargic didn't lift much while on keto. Take a light snack before you go to bed like a bread, biscuit but not foods rich in sugar Quote
