IT is like kill or get killed. Nice guy behavior won’t work... tellolu takkuva emi kadu... technical knowledge kante politics play cheytame akuuva max companies expect for big 4 ... anyway we all feel the same but ala ani job vadiley leamu kada..

wont quit because of idiots, kani general ga, india lo slave mentality right from day one alavatu cheskuntaru bro IT lo, team lead ante sir anali, manager ki smile chestu good morning chepali,  ikkada we might have experienced that everyone is equal ani. so mana ankuls ki inka adhe indian IT mentality, trying to micromanage and distrust everyone in team.

first start ignoring them.....start developing yourelf.......em jarihina neeku sambadam ledhu ane attitude ki ra......i know that attitude doesn't come overnight......you should work on that.....think outside of your company such as.....start taking interviews so that you know your worth.....get to know what market dwmands.....develop those skills.....once you get those skills....show middle finger to them
