And other bills like Kashmir, caa, Triple Talaq & lot many imports were implemented without any major issues. Demonetization step was taken - May have been  failed, but in a way it lead to digitalization(Even small tea vendors also using these & will have an accountability easily) and ppl also used to this now. Before 2014, small business ppl never care abt Tax returns but this has changed now. They might not disclose every penny on Returns but atleast a small penny makes a difference.
